what year my truck

I have a Ford 15cwt 3ton4x4 101 wheel base. flat head 8 distriburter on top right hand frontside of engine,the front fenders under headlights has Ford Canada stamped in metal,have no tags on drivers door holes are there. can any body help me also looking for fuel tanks
