It is a Ford Australia bulid tag for the cab bodywork. If you look closer at the plate, the first number will read 29Q, this is the Ford model number for a 13 Cab Blitz.
81 is not known, but it could relate to the engine arrangement, although CMPs (Blitzes had 99A engines, but were fitted with C81T heads from the 81 model truck engine). 4136 is the unique serial number for the cab assembly (not the whole truck's serial number) Is this Sunshine Cab F15A still owned by Tim Berry?
