Yes, although it may not look it by my photo. The rubber plug that would have little spring loaded springs is presently pushed too far to the back. When centered it should have a mirror image, just enough to accept the small 6 volt bulb with two contacts. The armoured cable that attaches to it would also have the same two pin contact.

If you look back at that ebay convoy conduit and cable, you will see the two pin plug attached to the same socket (13419 with nut 13423) that I have right now. The only thing that one of ebay needs now is the washer, the adapter, and the remainder of a regular truck lamp.
