about the seat, the previus owner did cut the 4 inch peace off I don't know why ? but I had to replace it again so I made the peace and bent the two pipe peaces that go underneath the seat.
about the rails onder the seats I cut the rails loose from the angle iron so they can be bolted to the floor the right way. I have to leave the wood away otherwise the seats sit to high for me, but they do belong under the seatrails on the cab 11 / 12. i hope this helps bob.
