Default history of the jeep

still trying to figure my way thru threads, hope this belongs here.

I am very interested in military history and I am hoping to own a jeep or any vehicle for that matter soon, I realize this will probably take me a very long time (but I am young so I have the time to wait... I guess?).

so I keep researching and wishing for that day a old piece of history will end up in my (well, parents) driveway to get restored and shown in parades.

(love the headlights that also work as a engine light, and never knew about air raids seeing reflected light!)

just the thought of owning one is mind boggling, watching the videos and seeing them come off the assembly lines and being put to work.... and now ending up in (well hopefully) caring hands to restore and share with everyone else
