Ribtors warehouse in Calgary has a few (thousand) of the front pouches brand new in their cases. They run $5 each, cheaper by the hundred. They also have the shoulder straps for a buck or two each, again there are thousands.
If anyone is through Calgary, this is a must see surplus warehouse, that is, if you can find it. It is buried in an industrial park. http://www.ribtor.com/
