13 inch Split Rims

Although these rims are scarce by any standard , they do turn up here and there . I found one for a guy in W.A. who has a C8 and needed a spare .

Your C8 as with all the other cab 12 C8's I have seen in OZ would have been fitted with a British DUPLE built body , there is a chance it was assembled to the chassis in the Middle East . They all seem to have come from SM 2029 .

One example I bought in 1981 , had the British number
Z 4544183 still on the off side cowl and the 6th Aust. div formation sign just visible on the near side cowl .
