re RAF from mid WW2 a "Mobile Dental Surgery" was a 2 vehicle unit.
The first being a mobile dental surgery the second being a mobile dental laboratory. They were originallly on fordson WOT1 chassis and had very similar bodywork, later the WOT1/1a chassis was used and both the surgery and lab were of increased height. An example of a restored WOT1/1a surgery is on display at the RAF Museum Cosford.
