Nige i know of a NOS set going for sale at a good price
 i was going to snaffle it up for my carrier, but so much other stuff to get first, and i was not sure they were used on carriers......seems they were on your photo it would appear that one of the lift lock bars have snapped off.the item for sale is on dirk leegwaters site still boxed. www.lwdsparts.com here is the spec and pic.
