Default Highway of Heroes

Last night on NBC our local affiliate in Dallas did a segment on the "Highway of Heroes", as it passed through Cobourg, Ontario. It was both heartwarming and sad to see the respect shown our soldiers and their families as the funeral cortege carried our young soldiers to their final resting places. May God bless them and their families.

I'll be attending a Remembrance Day ceremony in the town square here in Denton, Texas with members of the American Legion, VFW and Viet Nam Veterans of America. I'll be wearing my DEU's and a poppy and I'll proudly display the Red Ensign from my CMP.

Have a good Remembrance Day everyone.
