Austin K4 wheels + tyres

Hi, Can anyone tell me if U.S. GMC 750X20 tyres will fit on my Austin K4 wheel rims, which have 750x20's on them at the moment?

K4 tyres

Tyler
Any 7.50x20 tyre should fit those rims , I believe it is only the 16'' rims is where the problem occurs .
