Very handy
Yes the serial nr. data base has been mentioned a few times. I believe that David Hayward was involved with compiling the data base.
I was surprised to see that my 1940 ute is listed. Unfortunately the little truck has suffered from many years in a damp climate, it's probably beyond help. The chassis was damaged before I owned it . It somehow escaped going into army service as most of them did and very few have survived. The 41-47 models have survived in good numbers.
