Odd inspection lamp, ideas?
Can anyone cast any light on what usage this was for?
It is well made, hook clip has multiple positions, markings seem to indicate some Air related use? R

The carrier one Charlie shows sure looks like an austere version of the one Robin shows.
A google search shows aircraft used "lamp inspection markII", but it well could be that the lamp is for both vehicle and aircraft. The plugs are of the same 2 pin style.
