I have this pipe under the front fender. Only one side. I believe it is for wiring for some add on lamp and not original.

Original or not?

Original - reinforcing staye for the fender. The other may have dropped off, been removed, or the entire fender was replaced with one that did not have this reinforcing.

Yes, the tubes in the front fenders are original but they are sometimes missing.
