My 1939 CS8 appears to have been this colour overall ... I found it under the steering column clamp ... a light grassy green . Wish I could find a long lasting paint ... what does the army here use now ? is it epoxy stuff ? Mike

I noticed that Mike Starmer now has the three G3 to 5 greens as non-BSC 1930 colours ..previously he had them as BSC colours ... I have found that a simple black and yellow mix is a good starting point Personally, I don't like the pre -war deep bronze grren..its a far too black shade
