Default FV721 Fox in Oregon Considering selling in 2019

Hi; this Fox is/was completely restored when I bought it and now suffers from old petrol [gas] in the tank now. Also the series 1 J60 XK eng was improperly rebuilt, and I now have a series 3 core J60 from GB. When purchasing we went 55 mph on the Idaho freeways... great ride. Thinking of value? saw one advertised in Oregon for 78K USD. ??? Maybe $42 K USD more reasonable? I understand that only 48 or so of these vehicles got surplussed before the military decided to repurpose the turrets. Ideas welcome here. Photos later, Dave

Hi Dave, I pray there will never be a “Need”. I also pray that your right to own and enjoy your personal property and possessions never diminishes.

Default Fox

The collection and restoration of Armored vehicles is the highlight of the Military vehicle hobby. Numerous examples do exist of famous large and small efforts of persons in this classification. In my service I drove Armored vehicles. Now only 5% of modern populations have stepped up and served their countries. Dave

Default SOLD Fox CVR[W] in USA

Finally sold the restored Fox to a museum in Arizona. Crew operated vehicle too much for one man, not a solo vehicle. Dave

Default Fox Sale in USA to museum in AZ

I previously mentioned my Fox sale; The ID is desired by some fellows; 09FD11 History trackers can now ID it. It was in an imported group of Fox. The Brit site HMVF was also interested. Dave
