Default British Jeeps?

So airborne modifications aside, what sort of mods were made to Jeeps for british service? I ask, because I've a slightly postware Jeep that I've laid hands on for $100 that I'm going to restore to WWII British service form. Specifically NW Europe?

I suppose things like differential light for convoy ops, blackout headlamp, butler lamps on the fenders. What else is typically British? were British Vehicle type GS shovels used or were the US models typical?
