For the information of all Club members Financial statements for the last five years will be available for all to inspect and question.
A professional accountant has reviewed them and found everything in order. We will have a president's report, treasurer's report, a report from our accountant confirming the validity of the
statements, Old Business, New Business, and open the floor to questions. No one in the present executive can correct past problems. We are trying to move ahead to more shows in wider areas and support outlying Clubs in a more positive manner.
