Default Help identify Chevrolet MCP

Please help identify the truck in the photo. It's a Chevrolet 1542X3( CC60LX3 ), 1543( CC60L ) or CC60L/Х2 ?

X2 stands for export to the UK, X3 for India.

Trucks shipped to India were CKD shipments of parts for chassis/ cowls, which were assembled in India with canvas cab covers and fitted with locally made bodies.

So I would say this is one shipped to the UK.

That is, the CC60L/X2 model remains. Then I have one more question. The truck on the cover of the driver's handbook and in Vanderveen's manual differ in the shape of the headlights. Also on the second car there is no protective arc.Which of these images is correct?
