Bren Drum magazines and box
This is a superb museum quality box of 4 Bren drum mags in perfect condition. They come complete with their box, winder, tool, mounting brackets and original instructions. it has been valued at £5k but I will accept £4.5k.

"Fire for effect", Bruce.... When you've got enough lead in the air..............
 Good question. The drum mag would have been made for the anti aircraft role and at least in the twin mount arrangement, they had a special anti aircraft sight. I too await the answer.

Peter Laidler wrote about a guy who ran out of cover to take on a German low flying aircraft with a Bren gun on the mk1 tripod with AA leg. The rest of the guys ran under a tree for cover. The guy was the bravest dead man they ever knew. A 303 is no match for a 20mm cannon.
