Mystic stell plate for my Carrier

Hello dear folks

Do any one knows where this steel plate I found , deep on the bottom under the tool box in side the back of the haull of my carrier

I have two numbers: TL14298. and under a other number: FM CO44

It's a pouch support strip for the top of the rear plate.

FM CO44 = Ford Motor company 1944.

Would the TL number be British? The book gives part number CTL 14298. Mine is also a 44 No2 MK11* and the pouch strap hasn't got the sticky out bits? Ron
