Either 5 ton or 2-1/2 ton. Note the two slots where the grill folds over and no provision for any kind of blackout or turn signal lamp.

You have the ordnance number right on the cover. Give me that and I can tell you a lot more about it.

Edited to add: the ordnance number on the cover looks to be 7978440, which is NSN 2540-00-010-1847. It's a grill cover for the M35
