Default 9.00 x 16 NDT

Hi all - where have they all gone? I have been ringing around but could only find one. I found some 7.50 x 16 but don't want them.

Bob

You won't believe this Bob, I have been chasing 7.50-16's for a couple of months, and only managed to find a set of 9.00-16's at Wagga Swap last month.
I assume you have tried Morree Ag tyres?
(Shortage of lugged 7-50's is apparantly due to the earthquakes etc overseas, all the good tyres are in demand, AAustralia is low on the list....Have had to buy ex army tyres.
Also, see Antique Tyres in Melbourne, they list Bar treads:

You will have to mortgage your house first they charge like a wounded bull . I believe they order their tyres from COKER in the US and you would be up for close to $500 per tyre

Much cheaper options around I would think .

Default Tyres

Sorry Andy, tyres I bought were 11.00 x 20 Armstrong Military.

Ironically, my wife now needs tyres for her AWD Hyundai & while hers are gonna be new and my Blitz ones are pre-loved, hers will be dearer!!!!

More tread on mine though

sorry for the confusion guys, I got it wrong, thanks for stopping Bob going on a wildgoose chase Tony !

I struggled to source used tyres.... either no tread or tread but ancient walls or the usual ... good but other side of country

I went for 5 commercial 9.00 x 20 for $500 the lot... I know they are not original or off road biased but only done 1000km and no age issues plus will do mostly road mileage ...... but of course, as soon as i bought them i got offer a set of bargrips... murphys law
