I have noted the plate details..you can see that it is a Melbourne-assembled chassis. These are all the SM-E52-448 trucks that I now know of, ex-Melbourne. Note the variation of the M for Melbourne code, and its absence:

The truck was cut off behind cab another old truck chassis fitted, longer thicker, fish plated, massive brake booster, another t/case turned upside down to drive a winch, at least 2 tonne on front bumper ( springs inverted ). will be on the market soon as a yard crane. Will post pics when its available. Rear of chassis long gone.
