Today I had an opertunity to veiw some archives and photograph some of the vehicles that have passed through the Proving Ground in Victoria.
So, I thought the best thing to do would be to share them. I will post other photos in the carrier and armour sections. They are not for sale; however, if you would like a larger copy let me know and I can email a high res image. All photos were taken by myself holding the camera by hand, some may be a bit blurred. It was a time thing. |

Many years ago the VMVC went on a club trip to the Monageeta test track. They let us drive our vehicles around some sections of the test tracks.... reliving what happened during WW2 . Probably wouldn't be possible today with the higher security being enforced everywhere. Interesting history that place has .. I believe even one of our MLU members when in the army , drove vehicles there .. trying to break them
