Hi all - obtained these prices today, parts are available but don't sit on your hands as there are not many left.

Full gasket set - $200
Pistons (4 ring) with gudgeons - $500 per set
Rings (4 ring piston) - $180 per set
.010 con rod - $170 per set
Cam bearings - $85 per set
Fuel pump - $95
Water pump rebuild kits - bearing type - $75 ea - bush type (Blitz) $65 ea

The Ford Blitz (CMP) and LP Carriers all used Bearing type water pumps 79-8501/79-8502, while the Bush type pumps 78-8501/78-8502 were used in cars and light commercials.
