Question Mystery Body.. Any ideas ??

I have just bought this body but have no idea what it was originally used for ..
I have seen several 'close" on the forum but nothing the same..
Any help identifying the beastie would be much appreciated..More Pics to follow

Default Chev No 9 (Aust) body

It's a Chevrolet No9 (Aust) Field Artillery tractor body.

Will post some more info later, but I have a couple of these and am of course interested in it too!

Holy Cow Are you mob on the ball..!!!! Faster that a speeding Blitz..?? (Ford that is!!)
Thanks heaps for the info.. I knew I had seen it somewhere..Looks different without the side doors..
Not sure on its future yet But I will keep you posted..
