Note how the front clip and the seats are stowed inside of the cab. The asbestos lining of the engine housing can be clearly seen. Photo via Ian Grieve

"The image of the CMP cabs could be any of the assembly plants, but manufactured mainly at Woodville in South Australia. The two wider images with multiple vehicles are the vehicle reconditioning plant in Brisbane, Queensland."
