History of the Vancouver Ram Tank

Does anyone here know the history behind the Ram and the Sherman outside of the Beatty street armoury (BCR’s) in Vancouver?

If I ever win a giant lottery, I will pay to get the Ram restored, it would be great to see it running!

I will have to get down there soon to do a good photo shoot.
