Default SMOKIN Blitz

Nothing unusual about this scene , an old Blitz is parked in a suburban house block in an Australian capital city .

Owner decides to start her up for a test run .

Default problem

Hmmm

We seem to be having a little difficulty keeping the engine oil in a liquid state .

If that's a Chevy (probably not) the old DIP would be a ways past its prime. If it's an overheated Ford it might not be that unusual though. He just needs to operate it in a windier climate.

Or I could go to see Max and film one of his cab 12 Fords fired up!

This is one task where the Chev definitely beats the Ford

Default Chevrolet Innovation

Hi all
This was a Chevrolet invention, namely a Smoke Screen Generator and was primarily designed for the following purposes;

* to hide the truck on a battlefield (unfortunately all the enemy had to do was aim at the smoke)
* to hide the identity of a person who actually owned a Chevrolet
* to use at a disco

I believe there were other reasons as well but they escape me for the moment, but I am sure others will remember them.

Bob

bob, if it was a ford it wouldent move at all, unless it was being pulled by a chevy or morris.

and by the way when the last new ford pick up is driven to the junk yard sometine in the future the driver will probably be given a ride home in a chevy blitz

So it was a Chev which caused us to choke on our holiday!

Funny thing about that map - looks a little East of Perth.
