A search of e-bay motors turns up some regular tyre suppliers who stock military tyres. At the moment, there don't seem to be any 11.00-20 Michelin XLs, but there are some NDTs here and here . There are other sellers who regularly have ex-mil XLs, do a search for "Military tires".
