C60L/F60L GS...centre bench seats?

This picture came from the forum....but I can't seem to find out where it came from. Does anyone have any info on these centre seats/benches in the C60L/F60L GS trucks? Any period pics? details?

A CMP owner here in Holland has a C60L which has some holes in the front panel of the body.....it might be a remainder of this centre bench(?)
