6 P51 mustangs in South Australia
I came across this on YouTube and found it very interesting. The site where they found these is here in my state and the chap to arranged the removal lived about 5 minutes from me. He flew one P51 to the same place I did some flying many years ago which was Parafield and that's about 15mins from me. All this history around here and I never knew.

I find these kind of stories fascinating, thanks for posting.
And they used a Blitz to tow the Mustangs out of the desert. If it wasn't for the Blitz, it wouldn't have happened, eh? H.
