Unusual 4x4 Dodge Truck

This truck is currently on Gumtree in Toowoomba, Queensland

Pretty rare conventional Dodge with four wheel drive. What is it?

Is it actually a Dodge? Looks more Marmon Herrington with Australian Right Hand Drive and quarter windows? But the cab and pointy bonnet/hood on the back says 1939/40 Chevrolet??
