I have several of these trays and was wondering whether they might be from Wiles cookers.

Here's a special tool for something... removing bungs?

Finally a question I can answer the spanner is a bung remover for 12 Gal oil drums and 44 Gal fuel drums. The small end is for the breather bung and the pipe bit for the main bung.
