Vickers AA Carrier

This Vickers 40-mm AA Carrier is preserved in Thailand. It is an extremely rare variant of the highly succesful Vickers-Armstrong export product, the Vickers 6-ton tank. In 1933 Thailand purchased 10 units of the single turret type, and a further order was placed in 1935 for an unknown amount. Most likely, this AA Carrier was part of the 1935 order.

Here´s hoping it will not only be preserved, but possibly restored.

Hi Hanno,

Could you find out where all of these vehicles are as I am about to transfer to Thailand for the rest of the year, and will look them up and post detailled pictures here.
