Canvas Door Tops

Does anyone recognise these canvas door tops.

I aquired them as part of an ex Australian army Land Rover purchase I made recently. Apparently they were sitting in the back of the vehicle when sold off at army auction. Purchaser thought they were for the Land Rover so he didn't question why they were in there.

I can only presume that they are off a vehicle used by the Australian forces post war.

The drivers side has a small flap at bottom corner to allow access to exterior or interior door handle.
I thought that maybe they were off a M Series wrecker but these vehicles have upright windshields whereas these tops are suited to slightly rearward angled windshields.

They are 600mm in height, 750mm in width and the postioning pins at the base are 520mm apart.
