Ottawa Military Show November 2nd
Ottawa Militaria Show, Sunday November 2nd, Nepean Sportsplex, Halls A & B, 9am - 3pm.
Medals, badges, books, uniforms, prints, accessories, etc. No firearms or explosive devices. General admission (9 am) $5.00. Early admission (8 am) $10.00. Ample free parking. 40+ dealers. One of the largest shows in Eastern Ontario. A great opportunity to "network" and make new contacts. Hope to see you there! Cheers, Walt

Ottawa Militaria Show
Hi there
I've been to the Ottawa show twice now and it's very much worth the trip. Lots of interesting stuff and even more interesting people ! Just a question about the admission, though. Why is the price doubled for early attendees? A premium to get bet crack at the good stuff? Steve

In theory, yes, the early admission fee is supposed to give attendees "first crack" at the bargains & treasures. However, it's been my experience that between 8:00 - 9:00 AM, most of the dealers are too busy trading amongst themselves to be attentive to the customers. This year I think I'll skip the "advance party", save my 5 bucks and join the rest of the "main body" at 9:00! Cheers, Walt
