Rolf - Not sure which seats you mean the middle bench seat with built in tool storage or the rear most seats which are the same as the front seats. Attached is a photo of my middle seat, which is bolted to the floor with 1/4 inch bolts there are captive nuts under the floor. Originally the seats were held down by wing-nut bolt shown in primer paint these were retained with a short chain. The one shown is the only one that survived on my truck I have used grade 8 bolts as replacements.

and not the rearmost ones.
But thanks Phil. I guess it is helping Frantisek, which is a new member on this forum. I guess he will ask you more questions, and hopefully he will present some photos of a very nice C8A 1C11... Rolf |

That's a useful pic Phil. I, too, have been wondering what the rear bench seat for the HUP looks like - is that the one with the two-way back rest to fit in the tubes?
Do you have the rear-corner jumps seats as well? I don't know what the look likeither. I had a look at a HUP a few weeks back that had a bench seat in the right location, but it was some latter-day car seat, and the installation fittings did not look original, but cobbled up - is there some sort of tubular fitting facing forward in the centre of the floor? I will review my snaps to compare later.

The 1C11 was the staff car and the interior was fitted entirely different to the other HUPs. I don't have any pics but there was usually a folding table arrangement with the double seat.

Wow! Nice HUP. Could you please post more shots of the folding desk and perhaps more shots of the interior? They would be much appreciated!

Frantisek - as I am noting in my email to you, your photos are so far the best I have yet to see of a 1C11 interior.
Here is a detail shot of a non-original seat installation (not my C8A), and I am wondering if that central fitting might be original or an add-on.
