Vehicle/Engine rebuild tags
Hi guys,
Im just finishing up my rebuild of my 1967 M38A1CDN2 jeep. The engine has been completely rebuilt, new everything inside cam and crank shafts pistons, rods, valves and cylinders rebored. On the outside it got rebuilt carburetor, fuel pump and 60 amp generator installed. New clutch and flywheel was balanced and transmission and transfer rebuilt. My question is what kind of rebuild tags did the Canadian Army use on these items and where can l find some to put on my jeep?? Thanks. Rich |

RCEME engine rebuild plate
I have these NOS RCEME brass engine rebuild plates. They were on all rebuilt engines to confirm the rebuilt date and specifications.

I have the RCEME rebuild tags for the transmissions, steering boxes etc around somewhere. I'll keep an eye for them.
