Default Hey Guys, I'm a newbie!

Hey Guys!

My name is Joel Bellerose and I'm new to the MLU forum. I'm 23 years old and have just started getting into the whole restoring MV's as a past-time. My first forum buddy by the name of Chris Vickery from Nipissing thought it would be a good idea if I introduced myself to all you fellow "green fever" adics...haha. I live in Arnprior, ON (just west of Ottawa) and am a commercial pilot. I don't have any MV's yet but I have a huge "wants" list like a CDLV 505 MB, GP, CMP's, and APT's Etc. I started collecting WWII and Korean manuals about three years ago and that seems like where the majority of my spending money goes these days.

In any event, I just wanted to forally introduce myself to the forum and I appreciate all you Militaria Enthusists, I'm hoping to learn a great deal from you all!

Thanks Guys!

Joel Bellerose

Joel, just remember that when you buy your first truck that you have to convince yourself thats it's a "diamond in the rough"...

Repeat this to yourself as much as you can so that you can convince yourself and even the most diehard critic that you are not insane and a piece of art will eventually emerge from the rustpile.

Other lines to memorize;

One truck is never enough...

If it looks bad it's probably worse

It'll only cost a few dollars

You know where to find me, honey

I'm not crazy

etc etc etc.

Welcome to the family.
