Burma Cargo Truck?

Hello,

I just came across this "Burma Cargo Truck" on EBay and was wondering what it would have looked like originally. Aparantly even the seller doesn't know what it is (or was).

I have no affiliation whatsoever with the seller. I just thought if anyone could identify this vehicle, it would be the members of this forum!
