Can anyone fill in the gaps?

No.3 and 3a...Ford/MH.

No.6... CMP 13 cab 134" purpose built for towing a bofor and spares

No.8... CMP 13 cab 101" crew cab and side hatches

No.9... CMP 13 cab 101" crew cab and larger rear section

Was there a No.1,2,4,5 or No.7 Guntractor?

Australia built 17 pounders but what pulled them along?
