Default War dated 4 man tent grade one condition.

As per title canvas is in immaculate condition, no poles, but as you know these are the easy bis to sort ! Both inner and outer canvas are stamped, comes with bag.

Ideal for folk going to war and peace and want to be original, or perhaps folk going to Arnhem this year..... Light enough to chuck in the back of a jeep !

Only selling as I have had to replace my compressor and have a large bill to satisfy..... You won't find one in this original condition at a decent price....why have a repro when you can have the real thing.

£650 can part ex for carrier bits.

Located Newcastle upon Tyne United Kingdom

Hanno I have not measured it, I wish I had now.... Was a pig to get back in the bag.... I will pull it out tomorrow am pending on weather.... It did have white writing on the ridge.

It has a brown fly sheet with kind of a porch on it (sorry I am not helping here...gimme five mins and I will trace some pics of the same tent erected for you)

Looking at online pictures it appears it might be the officers tent.... I also have two brown ww2 dated pup tents with the mozzie nets in too these will go up for sale in due course after this tent has gone.

Yep pretty sure that's what it is..... The repro ones are fetching 450 ! Perhaps I should ask for more money for this one......being so rare and all

EDIT: leave it with me chaps the fly sheet appears to be an extra item..... Going to seek some advice before going further.....

Appears 8' x 8' stretched.... Ignore the height as my fence is not correct so to speak ! I have used the fence as a ridge pole, the remainder is hanging over the fence

Fly sheet has a mark near to the bottom front guy line hole.... The other marks are mud and where it has sat folded

I know it's worth more, but for a quick sale and to MLU'ers I am looking for £650 ovno for the lot, failing that it will go onto eBay

I can take currency and carrier parts part ex too.

Cheers folks.

by the way is that a rather large suitcase next to the carrier........or a beer cooler for W&P
