The sale of nellybelle

Hi Guys

I received this Jeep photo today with some information advising that Roy Rogers, Willys Jeep "Nellybelle", was sold at auction for $116,500. The Jeep was part of his late estate auctioned off by his son. I do not know when the auction was actually held, but thought if I hang onto my Willys Jeep long enough my Jeep may realise a good price. Ohh, and for those of you who don't know who Roy Rogers is. He is the one the horse. I wrote to him as a kid in 1956 and a signed black and white photograph arrived 5 years later. I guess he was very busy.
