Default Importing European Armour to Canada

I thought I would clear the air and set a few things straight for people.

There has been much talk on this subject, sadly a lot of mis information and folklore.

Anything from eastern europe or from the uk, with all armaments removed, are nothing more than a green metal box on tracks or wheels. AS LONG AS THERE IS NO US TECHNOLOGY IN OR ON IT.

As such it is admissable to Canada with zero import licence requirements and no Controlled Goods Program involvement.

The Customs Tarriff Trade Code for some such vehicles is 8710.00.00.19

If you would like to have me make arrangements to import your vehicle I am happy to consult or advise based on my knowledge and experience.

Here endeth the lesson

Regards

Robin Craig
