Colin,
I was able to inspect one of these trucks recently, when I came across it on a transporter at an overnight stop, the transmission and suspension set up was impressive. Although the wheel layout is similar to Stalwart, it is not an amphibious vehicle. At the time I could not find out its manufacturer, but thought it was something on trial to the British.
