Here are some pictures of a Trailer, 1/2 ton, Jointers, 2 wheeled, Mk.1. It is owned by a KTR club member in the Netherlands. He would like to know more about it. Data plate: obviously built by Brockhouse.

All I could find was a reference to a 1959 spare parts list: "Trailer, 1/2ton, jointers, 2 wheeled, mk.1. W.O.Code no.12747. Nov 1959." Who can tell more? Thanks!

There is one for sale on MilWeb at the moment: This one is advertised as being a 1940s trailer, while the one posted initially is a 1950s trailer.

| Trailer, 1/2 Ton, 2 Wheeled, Jointers. Tasker

Here are two more pictures of a Jointers trailer built by Tasker on Contract No 6/VEH/17396 - the numbering of which suggests this was a postwar contract. Note it was designated a 1/2 ton trailer, also an indication of postwar nomenclature.

| From the other forum

Reading related threads from HMVF: https://hmvf.co.uk/topic/32404-wampp...-trailer-wwii/ https://hmvf.co.uk/topic/43131-trailer-12-ton-jointers/ https://hmvf.co.uk/topic/30439-taske...-trailer-free/ I think it is clear the 1/2-ton Jointers trailer is a post-war manufactured trailer, using (parts of) the wartime 10-cwt trailer design, possibly even using some leftover wartime parts.
