			I like John's identification, but wonder why a Canadian would need to identify himself as an English speaker.  Wouldn't it make more sense for a Dutch person to have this little pin as a way of identifying themselves as an English speaker. 			I have 2 differant types of these, a friend in the NL told me these were worn by the Dutch that could speak English to help Canadian Soldiers
