Default F60L weight question

Wanting to remove the steel GS tray with sides off my F60L. How much does one weigh? I believe the truck is approximately 3.5t so I'm guessing the tray is around a ton.
I have a one ton A frame gantry to use. Proceed?

Based on the AEDB design records for Canadian bodies, the basic body (less tool boxes, jerrican carriers, chain lockers, superstructure, grille and tarpaulin) is between 1800 and 1900 pounds for a 12 foot steel GS body.
